Job Description
- Implement Strategic Map and Balanced scorecard with initiatives and objectives, relating and connecting all functions with the organizational strategic goals.
- Develop the departmental strategies and plans in line with the functional strategies and ensure implementation and execution
- Develop onboarding programs & ensure the efficiency of employees induction
- Enhance the current key performance indicators and develop a performance management system
- Conducts weekly meetings with the hospital directors to align the strategic objective with the operation needs.
- Using the Corporate survey technics and analyze outcomes in a grouping structure way to create a correction plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree (is plus)
- Professional Certificate in OD From SHRM (Is plus)
- Experience in HR consultancy agencies is highly recommended
- From 5 to 7 years’ Experience in OD
