Job Description
We are a growing a family business who are searching for a Hr specialist to join our team and he will be responsible for :
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Design and update job descriptions
Job Requirements
The person we are looking for is going to be the first employee in our HR team. We used to outsource all our HR department but we decided lately to in house it. we need a real energetic person who :
- At least one year of experience in recruitment (White and Blue)
- HR background is a MUST
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft office programs especially excel, word, and outlook.
- Experience in dealing with governmental entities.
