Job Description
- Create job description to Assigned Department in partnership with Department Heads to ensure that requirements are accurate and up-to-date.
Com & Ben:
- Administers the company’s compensation & benefits and revises as necessary.
- Prepare compensation analysis for the recommendation in order to acquire and retain talent
- Ensure equality in total rewards by using job evaluations and salary structure in compliance with organization requirements
Employee Relations:
- Administer organization supported activities to enhance employee participation and engagement.
- Manage organization recognition and rewards program(s) to foster employee engagement and enhance employee experience.
- Conducts new-employee orientations
- Process employee status changes and life events, such as promotions, birthday, success stories, milestones.....
- Summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with management for exit interviews.
- Developing company policies and procedures and updating employees with any changes in company policy.
Training:
- Identifying training and development needs and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisals, and regular consultation with Department Heads
- Implementing the training plan with respect to the allocated budget and preparing a quarterly progress report of its implementation
Corporate Communication:
- Develop and manage all the company’s corporate communications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in any related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Excellent computer skills
- 3-4 years of experience
- Experience in an HR outsourcing company is a plus
- HR certificate/diploma is a plus
