Job Description

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Motivate team members
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Provide support and follow up for team members during selling process
  • Building system for the sales process and assign regular tasks.
  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve sales target
  • Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly & annually basis.
  • Handling clients' inquires and requests.
  • Check, maintain & coordinate sales contracts and check policies & procedures.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
  • Supervise the shift that you are scheduled
  • Assist the Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 7+ years experience in real estate sales.
  • Good command of English language
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner
  • Able to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Working Hours 10 am - 6 pm
  • Day off Friday.
