Job Description

  • Receive/Handle customers calls
  • Create/Update CRM Case through CRM system
  • Handle/Follow-up Service tickets with other Service Centers
  • Archive Client Relationship Management System (“CRM) Device Receipt” and all other Service Division Documents
  • Manage Service Division logistics/messengers
  • Quality Assurance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
