Job Description
- Support and train new users by providing the necessary IT equipment and conducting induction sessions to make sure that users are equipped with the necessary tools as soon as they start.
- Administer local site backup by monitoring daily and monthly jobs to ensure their completeness.
- Maintain IT resources on allocated sites by tracking company and user assets and keeping track of consumables to administer warranties, prepare for audits and ensure continuity of supplies.
- Prepare different reports (i.e.: IP telephone and back up) by extracting and analyzing data from the system to monitor the monthly usage and backup success.
Job Requirements
- Arabic & English Speaker is a must
- Bachelor degree is a must
- 1-3 Years of experience
- IT Certifications is a plus.
