Job Description
- Sells properties to achieve the set assigned sales target by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Obtains property information to determine whether clients have a clear understanding of the product names and specifications
- Explain technical or service information to customers
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Helps clients take their decision in a fair and flexible manner
- Negotiating contracts and payment packages
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products and services
- Delivering promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
- Recommending new opportunities to current and prospective clients
- Following up on clients and providing feedback in a timely manner
- Negotiating contracts and payment packages
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 Years of Experience in a similar role, within the real estate industry
- Commercial Awareness with emphasis on the Real-Estate customer focus
- Very Good Proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications and Internet Search Engines
- Exceptional Communication Skills with a customer oriented attitude and approach
- awareness of customer and consumer categories in the use of sales methods
