Job Description

- Formulate and revise quality control policies and procedures.
- Establishes inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process.
- Monitors the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products.
- Recommend changes in the specifications based on the inspection result.
- Verifies the accuracy of test records and performs all necessary calculations.
- Prepares reports including recommendations of laboratory analysis and manufacturing trends.
- Ensure QMS internal audits are scheduled, executed and closed with all related corrective actions.
- Reports the status of internal audits to management as required.
- Works with plant management on the Advanced Product Quality Planning as required to support product launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of relevant major “Quality Systems, Food Technologist, Chemist”
- (1-3) Years of Experience in the same position in food and Beverage manufacturing environment.
- Food sector and juice industry back ground is preferable.
- Experience of overseeing the ISO Quality Management System
- Knowledge of quality systems, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC, and Control plans.
- Certified QMS Auditor.
- Leadership, Planning, Problem solving skills and Details oriented.
- Very good command of English language, Greek language or any additional language is a plus.
