Job Description
- Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Organizing the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
- Identifies prospects from directories and other prepared listings.
- Supporting the outsourced marketing & design team by coordinating and collating content
- Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures
- Handling telemarketing activities and Calling prospective customers, generate leads and arrange for meetings with prospect customer
- Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Handling company social media marketing activities
- Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
- Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
- Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
Job Requirements
- Experience in shipping companies 3 years
- Full proficiency of the English language
