- Elegantly market and present the company distinctive services to clients.
- Receive clients’ orders.
- Providing clients with current offers and their details.
- Answering clients question via (tickets, direct conversation or communication center).
- Book and activate services for clients.
- Receive deposit confirmation details from clients and delivering them to the accounting department after receiving all required deposit transaction details.
- Follow up on clients with regards to their accounts and the services they receive.
- Receive sales calls and process clients' requests or complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining an appropriate attitude with regards to answering calls and deal with courtesy and calmness when faced with a call from an angry client.
