Job Description

We are looking for a presentable, warm, responsible, honest admissions officer who will be responsible of:

  • Data entry for accounting and HR
  • Front office duties.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Taking internal phone calls and answering any questions.
  • Preparing needed paper work.
  • Typing
  • Filling
  • Taking shoots
  • Taking kids and staff attendance

Working hours & working days:

  • From 8 Am to 4:30 Pm.
  • Working from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Three months probation period.
  • 21 days after the probation period.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate
  • Presentable
  • Familiarity with office organization.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • English is a must.
