Under general supervision, uses cross-discipline workflows to analyze data and propose technical solutions to improve customer/PSL performance for assigned geography while building DES domain expertise. Through technical analysis and customer interaction, prepares pre-job planning packages used to determine the job scope, define the proposed outcome, and create the execution plan for routine wells. Also prepares the post- job review package to demonstrate outcomes and results of execution plan for routine wells. Documents problems and solutions so critical lessons learned may be applied to future operations. May contribute to high profile and critical well projects. Assists in analysis of real-time data and troubleshoots wellsite operations when issues arise. Interacts continually with the customer to understand future engineering requirements and project objectives. Identifies opportunities for use of additional services and new technologies for existing customers. Will review work and customer reports submitted by less experienced team members. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics and a minimum of 5.5 years relevant industry experience including 4 years' experience in DES related disciplines.
