Job Description
- Responsible for safe, productive & continuous operation of preparation & production - maintaining quality to the best defined levels Record journal entries on daily basis.
- To reduce / sustain overheads of the factory
- To build a winning team to deliver to the market demands & achieving Q-Certification for the factory.
- To sustain good relations within the employees.
- To facilitate changes for improvement & drive corporate initiatives in the factory.
- To conduct trainings & guide sub ordinates for their development.
- Assist subordinates in case of a contingency.
- To resolve all administration related issues mutually.
- Responsible for implementing and driving ISO 14001/18001 in Wind Factory.
- Safety Training for the plant.
- Driving safety policy.
- Ensuring safety environment in plant.
- Authorized to sanction all expenses of factory, prior to approval of supervisor.
- Can take action against misconduct or misbehaviour causing harm to factory discipline.
- To raise internal / factory related waivers.
- To take decision on accepting or rejecting a consignment in case of any parameter not mentioned in specifications post informing the superior.
- Supports the Plant Manager in overseeing all operational and administrative activities at the factory
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferable Mechanical.
- Strong knowledge in AM/RCM/TPM/MTBF/MTTR/MRO/RCA.
- Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and costs control.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma and Strong experience in Lean /ISO 9001 & OSHA 18001. NEBOSH is a plus.
- Strong and proven performance in brown and green fields.
- Strong background in Heavy industries and / OR CG is a plus.
- Good Presentation skills, Excellent Problem solving, Excellent Leadership skills.
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
