Job Description
- Responsible for implementation, testing, and support of electrical controls for manufacturing machining and assembly systems and equipment.
- Apply controls technology to various product and process designs.
- Establish preventive maintenance checklist from equipment catalog for all equipment within the specified span.
- Plan, Schedule and Implement condition monitoring techniques and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Emergency troubleshooting and repairs, and Provide accurate repair estimates.
- Accurately diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective action and maintain the failure analysis database.
- Prepare spare parts plan and ordering procedures considering inventory of necessary failed components.
- Perform necessary hardware or software modifications to facilitate or increase productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement techniques.
- Train and communicate Lessons Learned to the reporting staff.
- Fully aware of international standards related to the Integrated Management System (ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO14001:2004, ISO 18001:1999, and BAMC procedures and regulations) in his concerned area.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheets, data plot programs, and Electrical diagram drawing program
- Strong background in automation electrical control, three phase electrical power network, motor control systems, pneumatic
- Strong background in programming and troubleshooting PLC-type control systems preferably (SIEMENS Step7 PLC)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
