Job Description
- Follow up with customers complains to achieve satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Prepare import-export documentation for air/sea/land shipments
- Track & trace shipments, confirm departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs as specified by customer standard operation procedures
- Emailed suppliers, carriers & customer with shipping updates
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word,Excel Powerpoint and Outlook
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Great relationship building skills
- Experience 0-1 year in logistics (preferred)
