Job Description

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
  • Arrange & attend meetings with the Chairman.
  • Typing documents and distributing memos.
  • Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing

  • Setting up and coordinating meetings.
  • Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
