Job Description
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail & face to face contact.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Quickly responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Install and configure operating system on workstations and client side applications.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Should apply weekly technical report contains (Fixed problems, pending problems) to the IT
- Testing and evaluating different software projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
- Excellent Technical skills.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs
- Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, Servers
- Good command of English.
- Ready to travel inside Egypt
