Job Description
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for branches and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales staff by orienting, and training employees.
- Leading, advising and managing sales and presales team on multiple accounts
- Ensure and maintain Customers satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships
- Strive to deliver consistently high performance and achieve sales target
- Obtain technical and business knowledge on the Strategic Suppliers
- Actively participate in trade shows and seminars hosted by The Company
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic
- Searching and dealing with mega projects.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and products.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ability to follow indoor and outdoor sales.
- Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
- Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Communicating with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Responsible for call center, both inbound and outbound teams.
- Manage the sales out door team.
- Carrying out duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- University degree
- Very good analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.
- Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Very good computer skills, Ms Office skills.
- Very good command of English.
