- The goals are divided into sub-sections of all departments of the administration, in order to facilitate the senior management to implement the main objectives in the future
- Development of future plans
- Review and follow-up plans that were developed to know their powers and achieve the desired results from them.
- Reviewing the budget and dividing it according to priorities
- Working on auditing and implementing the administrative quality in the institution
- Reviewing and dividing the administrative structure and restructuring if necessary
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.
- Very good English language.
- Experience in shipping.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
- Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members.
