Import - Export Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Foresee the movement of goods between the home country and other countries
• Manage the import coming to the home country as well as exporting of goods going out of the home country
• Managing Accounts: Providing rate quotes on shipments
• Managing the International team
• Keeping files in order and up to date
• Collecting documentation and obtaining compliance information
• Complete import/export declaration filings
• Solving problems for the best outcome for customers
• Tracking and tracing the progress of shipments
• Coordinating schedules with airlines and steamship lines
• Reliably and effectively communicating information to all parties in a timely manner
• Timely and accurate invoicing
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Negotiating the best rates with our vendors
• Monitoring and maintaining the International milestones
• Working closely with the Sales and Operation teams to maintain current accounts and acquire new business
