Main Job Duties:

• Achieving the whole team monthly sales target
• Allocating tasks to staff
• Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
• Reporting to management
• Discussing and resolving problems
• Carrying out performance reviews
• Responsible for handling clients visits at different sites
• Use company resources in a proper manner
