One of the multinational and world’s leading Automotive company of European origin is hiring Customer Service Representatives
Job Description:
- Responsible of providing the highest quality of customer service by answering customers’ questions and provide assistance based on each customer needs and requests and ensure a smooth rental experience.
- Identify and attend customers, and review and ensure a complete understanding of rental parameters.
- Prepare and collect all needed documents for rental agreement opening, such as required licenses, Passport copy, and Credit card ….etc.
- Building long lasting relationships through trust.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
- Males Only.
- Presentable
- Flexibility with rotational shifts.
- Has a driving license is A must
- Locations: Zamalek or Cairo international Airport.
- Very good English Skills.
- Good Computer and typing Skills.
- Having Very good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Background in Tourism is a plus
