Brief :

One of the multinational and world’s leading Automotive company of European origin is hiring Customer Service Representatives

Job Description:

  • Responsible of providing the highest quality of customer service by answering customers’ questions and provide assistance based on each customer needs and requests and ensure a smooth rental experience.
  • Identify and attend customers, and review and ensure a complete understanding of rental parameters.
  • Prepare and collect all needed documents for rental agreement opening, such as required licenses, Passport copy, and Credit card ….etc.
  • Building long lasting relationships through trust.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
  • Males Only.
  • Presentable
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts.
  • Has a driving license is A must
  • Locations: Zamalek or Cairo international Airport.
  • Very good English Skills.
  • Good Computer and typing Skills.
  • Having Very good communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Background in Tourism is a plus
