Job Description

  • Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups, policies, etc.
  • Managing users and Computers using Group Policy.
  • Troubleshooting PCs and Laptops, install & maintain Printers, General hardware troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
  • Orientation and training of new staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
  • 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers, AVAYA Phones.
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.

Job Requirements

  • Education Major: BSC in Communication Engineering or Computer Sciences.
  • Experience: 1-3 year
  • Certification: (A+,CCNA,MCSA) are Plus
