Job Description
- Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups, policies, etc.
- Managing users and Computers using Group Policy.
- Troubleshooting PCs and Laptops, install & maintain Printers, General hardware troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
- Orientation and training of new staff.
- Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers, AVAYA Phones.
- Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Job Requirements
- Education Major: BSC in Communication Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- Experience: 1-3 year
- Certification: (A+,CCNA,MCSA) are Plus
