Job Description
- Welcome, pick up customers at airport, hotel or at sightseeing or optional tours
- Provide Pre-tour and safety briefing efficiency
- Prepare and collect Tour documents including tour itinerary
- Attend all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and directing them to transport facilities.
- Meet and assist clients in transfers from and to airport
- Assisting clients in hotels check in and check out
- Accompany clients within the tour program
- Make sure to collect guest comments forms and deliver to operation department.

Job Requirements
- Excellent English language (spoken)
- Good in Chinese Language is plus
