Job Description
- Follow up the development activities and milestones' releases
- Set and Apply testing cases
- Should be able to follow the development process in a testing phase with a development team
- Create and follow the product issues on Jira
- Participate in Marketing Ideas and value proposition for each country
- Creating adequate and detailed feature list for a banking products
- Support Foreign banking IT specialist on their problems.
- Communicate professionally with the development and share the feedback with customers.
- Able to research for similar products and create battle cards
- Able to follow and participate in the social media marketing strategy and activities
- Receive and initiate phone calls
Job Requirements
- Computer Science or Engineering Experience is a must
- Fluent English spoken and written is a must
- Banking systems background is a must.
- Able to read and prepare a training materials.
- Able to build a professional documents like Products data sheets.
