Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists Sales Account Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Ensures that all Sales Account Managers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Manage all marketing processes and business development activities including initial planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting delivering marketing KPIs.
  • Develop, document and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
  • Identify new opportunities for business
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Develop strategies and leverage on the latest available technologies to grow our consumer database
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch a product, service, and combination packages for clients
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products/services
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales productivity.
  • Responsible for preparation and, execution of marketing events.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Presentable, presentation skills, Persuasion and Influencing Skills, Team player, fixable and problem solver
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices marketing.
  • Candidates MUST have experience in a Business Development or Marketing.
