Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists Sales Account Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Ensures that all Sales Account Managers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Manage all marketing processes and business development activities including initial planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting delivering marketing KPIs.
- Develop, document and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
- Identify new opportunities for business
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Develop strategies and leverage on the latest available technologies to grow our consumer database
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch a product, service, and combination packages for clients
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products/services
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales productivity.
- Responsible for preparation and, execution of marketing events.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Presentable, presentation skills, Persuasion and Influencing Skills, Team player, fixable and problem solver
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices marketing.
- Candidates MUST have experience in a Business Development or Marketing.
