Job Description
Job Description: The offered job consists of 3 main tasks:
Sales: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close.
Account managing: Develops and implements agreed plans which will meet both personal and company goals of expanding the customer base. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Marketing: Assists in market research, product development, promotions. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various plans and objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers for their accounts receivables issues.
- Provide prospect/customer with price quotations and ensure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding the company’s scope of work.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Assists in the creation and implementation of company marketing plans.
- Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Academic study in Marketing is a must.
- Work experience in Marketing is a plus.
- Good English command.
- Lives in Giza or 6 of October is highly recommended.
