Job Description
Main Duties:
- Looking a travel reservation specialist to deal with voice and non-voice direct sell travel inquiries for UK outbound travel for long-haul journeys.
- GDS knowledge in Amadeus or Galileo is preferred but not required, usage of in house software training will be provided.
- All inbound inquiries will be from English speak countries so fluent language is most important.
- Charm, strong selling sills and in depth knowledge of details of cities around the world is important.
- Job role is required to sell packages to customers with flight, hotel, cruise, car hire and more, add a commission on top and sell the package over the phone.

- What's the best honeymoon destination in August and why?
- Where is a family friendly place to go with 2 young children?
- What are the three airport codes of New York?
- Which is the best hotel to stay in on the Las Vegas Strip?
- Which area should i stay in Dubai?
Questions like this will be everyday, these will be the interview questions.
This requires a person with energy, enthusiasm who can convert inquiries into sales without hesitation.
