Job Description
- Identifying current and future customer service requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Awareness of co. products, services, and markets.
- Preparing weekly sales Plan/ reports and keeping customer records.
- Respond to customer inquiries, clarifications, RFQ’s and tenders.
- Preparing technical/ commercial offering. In coordination with internal departments.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated Areas/ markets.
- Developing Short/ long-term relationships with clients.
- Delivery of product technical presentations demonstrating how a product and services meet client needs and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Any other sales/ pre/ after related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
- Providing pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Reviewing cost and performance.
- Writing reports.
- Providing product education presentations and advice.
- Responsible for inquiry, quotation and purchasing processes.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification .
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
- Proposal review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Responsible for overall hardware, design, installation, commissioning and startup.
- Responsible for overall software, design, installation, commissioning, and startup.
- Responsible for spare services for the equipment’s provided.
- Secure technical support and clarification to customer and sales department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
- Very good in English .
- Organized and analytical.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Own a driving license.
