1- Recruitment:
- Preparing job post according to JD applied from the assigned manager.
- Screening & Filtration.
- Interview calls.
- Job application.
- HR comments along with HR Manager.
2- Hiring Process:
- Job Offers / Approvals.
- Orientation for new comers.
- Prepare employee file.
- Prepare all related steps as finger print, opening bank account, ect.
3- Employees file:
- Required official papers for employees.
- Joining papers and contracts.
4- Payroll:
- Log file from attendance machine.
- Prepare employees attendance sheet.
- Prepare monthly penalties & deduction report.
- Add attendance & penalties to salary sheet.
- Preparing salary slip, sending it to all employees.
5- Prepare vacation balance:
- Receive the employee’s vacations and sick leaves and permissions.
6- Social & Medical Insurance:
- Prepare formal forms for Social insurance.
- Prepare medical insurance forms and contact with service supplier
- Handling employees database.
- Leave and attendance management.
- Handling the payroll.
- Managing the filing system.
- Preparing the KPI for each employee.
- Identifies hiring need, develops the position description, Recruitment Plan, organizational chart and other recruitment related documents
Job Requirements

- Experience at least 5 years
