Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. You will lead and guide a small team of engineers through the coordination phase to complete projects. You will be responsible for reviewing and modifying drawings to implement IFC drawings packages; for architectural projects. Plus coordinating with contractors and site engineers.
- Consultant engineer to supervise and coordinate projects
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Technical coordination between office, contractors & site.
- Coordinate with head of departments.
- Monitor projects progress.
- Projects monthly report and presentations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Expert in AutoCAD (xref) system over network
- Experienced in reviewing CAD standards for drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A keen eye for detail, the ability to see the bigger picture of a project
- Organizational, project management and planning skills
- The ability to work well within a team of other professionals
- Complete knowledge of relevant legislation
