- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback

Job Requirements

- Excellent communication and selling skills
- At least three years of experience in management, sales or a relevant business role
- Experience in coating or painting field especially wood coating preferred
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Great leadership skills.
