Job Description
- Handle and moderate all social media platforms
- Moderate social media accounts.
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
- Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
- Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues
- Arrange Facebook pages
- Familiar with SEO and SEM.
- Answering comments and inbox messages.
- Posting and boosting daily contents.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Be exceptionally well presented.
- Be highly computer literate, adept at Excel and PowerPoint.
- Qualified ( any other language beside English , Photoshop , web design and digital marketing will increase your chance to work with us )
