Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Operates effectively as a member of the development team.
Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

A degree in graphic design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
+5 years of professional experience in software graphic design.
Experience in developing websites and/or web applications.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Front-end and some back-end development experience. More important is the experience of seamless integration of front- to back-end functionality.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Strong understanding of web design, including mobile and responsive landscapes
Able to work well with a team, or as an individual
Ability to work with minimal supervision and a history of taking initiative
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
Ability to multitask between multiple projects and clients
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
