About the Job
  • Call Center Agents for an Offshore Account Serving French Speakers
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent French speakers.
  • Graduates only.
  • Max Age 40.

  • Training Paid (telephone etiquette, communication skills & customer services)
