Job Description
- To communicate with companies HRs and training departments to find out training needs and requirements for them.
- To update companies data base.
- To administrate and support the training program at training center site / client site / hotel site.
- Administrative support for centrally-run enquirers from general public.
- Answering inquires either by phone / email / website / Facebook page ..etc.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent in using the internet (especially for searching purpose).
