Job Description

  • To communicate with companies HRs and training departments to find out training needs and requirements for them.
  • To update companies data base.
  • To administrate and support the training program at training center site / client site / hotel site.
  • Administrative support for centrally-run enquirers from general public.
  • Answering inquires either by phone / email / website / Facebook page ..etc.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent in using the internet (especially for searching purpose).
