Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Handling all mail correspondences (internal & external).
  • Handling all filing for the CEO for all main company and sister companies.
  • Directing all incoming calls to the CEO to various departments.
  • Responsible for purchasing office supplies.
  • Executing all kind researches requested by CEO.
  • Scheduling meetings for the CEO and informing him regarding his agenda.
  • Making reservations for all trips and issuing visa and tickets for CEO and Family.
  • Taking meeting minutes.

Job Requirements

  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent in executing researches for the CEO.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • +5 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English Language
  • Preferable Fluent in German but not a must.
