Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Handling all mail correspondences (internal & external).
- Handling all filing for the CEO for all main company and sister companies.
- Directing all incoming calls to the CEO to various departments.
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies.
- Executing all kind researches requested by CEO.
- Scheduling meetings for the CEO and informing him regarding his agenda.
- Making reservations for all trips and issuing visa and tickets for CEO and Family.
- Taking meeting minutes.
Job Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent in executing researches for the CEO.
- Bachelor Degree
- +5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English Language
- Preferable Fluent in German but not a must.
