Job Description
- Apply the manual of good practices
- Complete and organize worksheets of control records
- Implement and enforce procedures of Food Safety in Food and Beverage team
- Check the quality of raw material in the receipt
- Apply checklist procedures in the kitchen
- Follow procedures of out site catering
- Follow the Nutritionist in monthly technical visits to suppliers of raw materials
- Daily monitoring of production and distribution of food
- Attending to guest requests regarding nutrition
- Attending the authorities of sanitary inspection, when required
- Focus the controls in the food security of the guest and TM
- Participate in training that are offered for your professional development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree related to job requirement
- Previous experience in industrial kitchen
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene
