- Develop a market strategy and innovations to increase the marketability and profitability.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads.
- Insures that all executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, Appointments, Presentations, Proposals.
- Assist all the Sales Executives with the important clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Logistics or business administration.
- Very good command of English both writing and speaking.
- Freight forwarding and logistics background is a MUST.
- Excellent follow up and organizing skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
