Job Description

  • Setting targets for both individuals and teams.
  • Measuring the performance of both individual and teams.
  • Offering advisors guidance and feedback.
  • Helping to optimize advisors/agents as well as finding ways to motivate them.
  • Ensuring the agents’ adherence to company’s policies and procedures.
  • Updating and preparing performance reports.
  • Show a comprehensive knowledge of products and services and their competitive advantages through continues self-improvement and following quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates Only.
  • From 2-4 Years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
  • 1-3 years of experience as Team Leader.
  • Languages: Arabic (Mother tongue) & Intermediate Command of the English Language.
  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge.
  • Ability to work on National Holidays.
