Job Description
- Responsible for all HR activities of the company
- Coordinating all recruitment activities such as job posting, screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting & interviewing plan for each open position.
- Recommend new sources for active & passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Use social\professional networking sites to identify & source candidates.
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Administers benefits programs such as health insurance and Leaves (annual, sick & absence).
- Prepare monthly payroll and yearly bonus based on the yearly performance analysis.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Preparing Performance appraisal sheets by the end of every quarter
- Preparing turnover analysis for all departments monthly and yearly.
- Updating employee’s database information and store all documents and papers
- Prepare training needs analysis
- Responsible for monthly payroll
- Updating the employee's vacations and early leaves
Job Requirements
- From 3-5 years of experience in the HR field
- Males
- Very good communication skills
- Perfect command of both written & spoken English
- Presentable
- Flexible
- Self-motivated
- Residents of Nasr City, New Cairo, and Heliopolis are preferable
