Job Description
Duties:
- Write emails on behalf of the company.
- Take accurate minutes of meeting.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Order office supplies.
- Submit and reconcile expenses reports.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, archiving...etc..
Job Requirements
- Ability to prepare quotations, variations and invoices to clients.
- Ability to send status update reports, correspondence memos...etc.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Auto-cad basics.
- Experience of not less than 3 years in a similar position.
- Previous experience in the field of architecture is a plus.
