Job Description

Duties:

  • Write emails on behalf of the company.
  • Take accurate minutes of meeting.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Submit and reconcile expenses reports.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, archiving...etc..

Job Requirements

  • Ability to prepare quotations, variations and invoices to clients.
  • Ability to send status update reports, correspondence memos...etc.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Auto-cad basics.
  • Experience of not less than 3 years in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in the field of architecture is a plus.
