Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for Stock control
- Collecting all papers required for licensing of our new clinics.
- Responsible for the overall office management
- Maintains administrative workflow
- Follow up on the office boys' duties (cleaning, serving clients, office maintenance, .....)
- Develop and maintain a Database and filing system with ensuring security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office, including Organizing with procurement to buy office supplies.
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors.
- Drafts, formats, photocopies and prints relevant documents.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, and providing relevant data when needed.
- Maintaining the company's positive image.
- Assist team members in terms of office supplies and stationery.
- Plan and keep records of the company's stock of the office supplies, stationery, kitchen supplies, and avoid any shortage.
- Follow up on the office boys' duties (cleaning, serving clients, office maintenance, .....)
- Creating reports for the office supplies and their cost to help with a better budgeting.
- Initiate and create ideas for the office and reception improvement.
- Responsible for the readiness of the meeting rooms in and between meetings, making sure they are equipped with the needed stuff for internal and external meetings
- Making outgoing and incoming calls to all departments
- Welcoming visitors and customers
- Working as liaison between all departments
Job Requirements
- Age: not exceeding 29 (Mandatory)
- Faculty of commerce accounting department is a must
- Rarely absence
- Hard worker
- Multi-task
- Problem solving
- Calm and concentrated
- Very good command of English
