Job Description
- Conducting software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule
- Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients •Documenting current-state business processes and designing future-state processes
- Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports •Designing and conducting data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
- Defining and documenting requirements for software customization and custom reports
- Developing software customization using SAP’s software development kit and supported development platform
- Providing ongoing customer maintenance and support
- Raining, coaching, and mentoring clients on the effective use of software
- Assisting with development and maintenance of software implementation tools and methodology
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One
- Providing regular project status reports to management
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
