A Saudi Arabian Company working in elector-mechanical field is hiring Regional Sales Manager with the below:

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Lead the regional sales team in the proactive marketing and sales of the Unitary and Applied Products to all of the clients and customers within a defined geographical area in order to ensure the timely achievement of the Business Objectives.

SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

  • Manage the planning and achievement of the Sales Target for the department and of the respective sales team in order to ensure sustainability and growth of the business in a competitive market.

NET CONTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENT

  • Manage the attainment of the Net Contribution percentage, as agreed upon with the General Manager, in order to ensure the continuous profitability of the business is achieved within Company’s Standards and its Core Values.

MANAGEMENT OF RECEIVABLES

  • Monitor and control receivables in order to minimize suspended proceeds / yield within a prescribed level as defined by Management while taking into consideration the client’s business and loyalty towards the Company

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Ensure the timely and efficient provision of Customer Care and service, including resolution of their issues within the both parties interest, in order to ensure utmost Customer Satisfaction towards the business leading to further sales and profitability.

DEPARTMENT BUDGET & COST EFFICIENCY

  • Prepare the Annual Departmental Budget, including a plan of activities, and organize its communication to all section heads for their utmost compliance in order to ensure efficiency within a realistic operating expense

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Build, manage and motivate the staff towards team development and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.
Job Requirements
  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role in a marketing / sales arm of a HVAC product / service organization.
  • Technically and administratively capable of leading and managing multicultural local / remote managers, sales engineers and design engineers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong planning & organizational skills.
  • High business acumen and well developed negotiation skills.
  • Results Oriented and an excellent team leadership skills.
