A Saudi Arabian Company working in elector-mechanical field is hiring Regional Sales Manager with the below:
- Lead the regional sales team in the proactive marketing and sales of the Unitary and Applied Products to all of the clients and customers within a defined geographical area in order to ensure the timely achievement of the Business Objectives.
SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
- Manage the planning and achievement of the Sales Target for the department and of the respective sales team in order to ensure sustainability and growth of the business in a competitive market.
NET CONTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENT
- Manage the attainment of the Net Contribution percentage, as agreed upon with the General Manager, in order to ensure the continuous profitability of the business is achieved within Company’s Standards and its Core Values.
MANAGEMENT OF RECEIVABLES
- Monitor and control receivables in order to minimize suspended proceeds / yield within a prescribed level as defined by Management while taking into consideration the client’s business and loyalty towards the Company
- Ensure the timely and efficient provision of Customer Care and service, including resolution of their issues within the both parties interest, in order to ensure utmost Customer Satisfaction towards the business leading to further sales and profitability.
DEPARTMENT BUDGET & COST EFFICIENCY
- Prepare the Annual Departmental Budget, including a plan of activities, and organize its communication to all section heads for their utmost compliance in order to ensure efficiency within a realistic operating expense
- Build, manage and motivate the staff towards team development and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.
