Job Description

A Saudi Arabian Company working in elector-mechanical field is hiring Area Sales Manager with the below:

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Organize the achievement of the Sales Team’s Sales Target and Margin contribution, as defined and agreed upon with the Regional Sales Manager, in order to contribute to the sales and development of the unit’s business in line with its Business objectives.

ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES QUOTA

  • Supervise the achievement of the Sales Team in their designated Sales Target as defined in the Annual Sales Target in order to ensure Company’s expectation are delivered in line with its Business Plan.

MARGIN CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Supervise the attainment of the Margin Contribution percentage for his area, as agreed upon with the Regional Sales Manager, in order to ensure the continuous profitability of the business is achieved within the Company’s Standards and Core Values.

ORDER BACKLOG / BALANCE BILLING

  • Monitor and supervise attainment of the required level of order backlog for the Sales Engineer team, as agreed upon with the Regional Sales Manager, to ensure the achievement of the Annual Sales Target in line with the Business Plan.

RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor and control receivables of his team within the defined requirements of the Business Unit in order to minimize suspended proceeds / yield of the business for its utilization towards the continuous operation of the company.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Supervise in the provision of quality and efficient service to all customers in his respective area in order to ensure the required level of customer satisfaction in line with the Company’s Core Values.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and motivate the staff towards team development and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a marketing and sales arm of a HVAC product / service organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto CADD applications.
  • Working knowledge in commercial air conditioning products, system application and design, heat load calculation, duct piping and design, equipment selection, refrigeration cycle, psychometric chart operation and HVAC system cost estimation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented, confident and having a strong influencing skills.
