Job Description
- Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
- Coordinate customer credit changes with the credit department
- Utilize payment options (credit cards, direct checks) and secure this information so that administrative services can process.
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
